With a name that’s no misnomer, World of Beer features the most extensive selection of ales and lagers, craft beers and microbrews, certainly in the city, and likely which you’ve ever laid eyes upon.  But even those who don’t care much for the taste of hops and barley are guaranteed to find something to their liking on the extensive list of drinks and eats.  Start off by begging the wait staff to bring back the Pint of Bacon, and when they express sympathies that they wish they could acquiesce, instead order their signature German Pretzel or the Artisanal Sausage Board, which is equally deserving of the honor, or even the WOB Wedge, which takes our award for Best Salad in town. For a main course you can’t go wrong with either the Black and Blue Flatbread (blackened steak, caramelized onions, mozzarella and bleu cheese) or the Flat Iron Steak Sandwich (stips of seasoned steak, sweet pickled red onions, goat cheese, and garlic aioli on toasted asiago herb focaccia bread).  Either pairs well with a hard cider, but with so many to chose from and to receive the true World of Beer experience, enjoy spending some time scouring the list of draft and bottles for yourself to find the perfect fit.
